Hult Prize, The Nobel Prize for students 2019

Every year the Nobel Prize for students is organized in partnership with the United Nations and Education First. It is considered to be the biggest Social entrepreneurship competition world wide. Each year, a social issue related to SDGs is chosen and it makes the challenge of the year. Students volunteer from all over the world to solve the challenge of the year with innovative projects ideas.

The 2019 Challenge : How can you create a venture that provides 10000 meaningful jobs for youth within the next decade ?

  • Hult Prize’s process :

Oncampus competition : The competition is organized between students on the local level, and the students with the most impressive project ideas get to represent Morocco abroad in 26 different cities.

The regional Competition : the regionals are organized in 26 different cities in the world. The Oncampus winners get to present their projects and the first 50 teams get to move to the next step.

The Accelerator : It is a six weeks program in London where students profit from intensive trainings to develop their project ideas in the presence of Known CEOs.

The finals : Organized in New York with the presence of the ex president Bill Clinton. The 6 finalist teams pitch in New York and the winner gets One Million Dollars.

  • Concerning the OnCampus competition, it will be organized at ISCAE Casablanca in two phases :

French phase : The students will pitch their projects in french and the students chosen will move to the next phase.

English phase : The students will shortly pitch their project in english in order for the judges to pick the Oncampus winner.

Program Period

A year for every challenge.

  • The Oncampus competition is going to be organized on the 15th of December 2018.
  • The regionals are organized during March-April.
  • The Accelerator will take place in London during the 2019 summer.
  • The finals are organized during September.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • To be 18-26 years old
  • To be a resident of Casablanca/Rabat – capable of attending the Oncampus competition and the related activities.
  • To be currently a student in the university.

Opportunity Cost


  • A prize of One Million Dollars.
