Laboratory instruction graduate fellowships are competitive awards offered to outstanding graduate students with excellent academic performance record wish to pursue a graduate degree in any field of the School of Science and Engineering.

Program Period.
One semester subject to review every semester for satisfactory academic performance.

- Open to all nationals
- Full admission to a graduate program in the school of sciences and engineering
- For new graduate degree-seeking students; satisfy AUC graduate admissions requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum overall grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent
- For continuing students; to retain the fellowship, the recipient must maintain a GPA of 3.2
- Demonstrate ability and interest in conducting experimental work and interacting with students in a laboratory environment
- Fellows must not engage in other work activities outside the University
- Financial need

The fellowship covers:
- Tuition fees for a maximum of nine credits per semester
- Student services and activities fees
- Monthly stipend
