Swapping Culture: A tool for sustainable youth involvement strategies
The overarching aim of the project “Swapping culture” is to overcome cultural and economic barriers between young people and local community members by developing the tool for youth empowerment and participation on the case study of swap shop.

Within this project we wish to explore and implement broad range of possibilities that swapping culture, especially swapshops, have to offer in the field of youth engagement and awareness building. The unique concept of the swapshop as a learning organisations give opportunity to improve communication and entrepreneur skills, rise awareness, promote diversity, tolerance, solidarity and cooperation, between generations, migrants and locals, the privileged and
disadvantaged ones. Therefore we are motivated to share our experience and network with like-minded organisations and improve the quality of youth work.

- No age limit.
- Interested in the field of youth engagement, awareness building and entrepreneurial skills.
- Should be working with youth and active in youth work, youth organizations, interested in the project, committed to follow up with the project’s results.
- We will stay open for participants regardless their sexual, ethnic, economic, social background, age, nationality.
- Experience and/or high motivation to learn about and try out the swap shop as a tool.

- Training course is made possible with the financial support of Erasmus+.
- Accommodation, food and travel (up to 360 for non-EU countries) VISA costs are covered.
- All costs are covered based on the original receipts.
- Possibility to leave until 1 day before and after the project on your own cost.
