KIMEP University scholarship

KIMEP University provides scholarships for students enrolled in graduate programs. Additionally, these scholarships support not only enrollees, but also current students of undergraduate and graduate programs with high academic achievements.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • You must hold  English Proficiency certificate (IELTS 4.5 and above, TOEFL IBT 70 and above, KEPT 60 and above, etc.).
  • Distribution of scholarships is based on the highest possible points (out of 100) scored by evaluating all of the parameters that required: English language :10 points, portfolio :30 points, essay : 60 points.

Opportunity Cost

(Partially Funded)

  • 100% and 50% coverage of tuition.
  • Two scholarships with 100% and four scholarships with 50% for each program.
  • Scholarships do not cover fees, fines, dormitory and library deposits, etc.

How to Apply

First Step: Create an account and apply for the scholarship for newly admitted students fill in the online application for admission.

Second Step: Upload KIMEP University application and package of documents to the Admission Office/Applicant Portal and also fulfill all conditions of the competition according to the selected Scholarship:-

  •  CV.
  • 500-1000 word essay in English on the topic: “Challenges and opportunities for Central Asia in the 21st century: each program’s field of study”. Idea, content, and English proficiency will be evaluated. The section for completing the essay will be displayed after registration in application (after receiving ID 2020XXXX).

Third Step: Submit Portfolio consists of :
– Number of additional degree diplomas.
– Work experience confirmed by official document (confirmation certificate from a work place,, employment record, etc.).
– Number of professional publications in academic journals and professional magazines, etc.
– Certificates for extracurricular achievements.
