Description

Officially situated as Royal Technical Institute in 1896, Salford University is a wonderful university with a friendly environment and supportive teachers. It is located close to the city centre of Manchester in the north of England.

Why at Salford University? The university provides students with housing facilities and maintains sports centre. The courses available at the university provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical experience as well.
The Salford International Excellence Award supports a range of talented, inspiring and creative international students who aim to be the leaders of the future. This award is open for 2020 and 2021 intakes.

  • Interrupt your studies prior
  • If you terminate or interrupt your studies prior to the completion of your course, both the tuition fees and scholarship are applied on a pro-rata basis as outlined in the 'key facts about fees' document administered by our Fees and Bursaries team.
  • Cancel the award
  • The University may cancel any award at any point where the student is found to have claimed under false information.
  • All international award winners must consent to:
  • Us using your a photo or video of you to publicise our scholarships. Us using any written materials you have produced in relation to the scholarship. Volunteering in any recruitment-related publicity or activity (for example, open days, online presentations or acting as a buddy to prospective students).
  • Outside the EU
  • If you’re from outside the EU, you may need to get a student visa. To make sure you have time to do this, we recommend that you submit your application at least 10 weeks before your course start date.

  • If English is not your first language, evidence that your command of English meets the standards required for your chosen course
  • Valid passport
  • If you live outside the EU, we’ll need to see a copy of your passport and student visa.
