The position has the possibility to be extended for an additional year.

- M.D., D.O., or international equivalent.
- At least a PGY2 in a certified residency training program. Program completion will be required at the time of hire.
- Board eligible or board certified in AP or AP/CP are required.
- Permanent Wisconsin medical license or eligible to obtain required.
