The intern is responsible for the delivery of programs and events. Supported by a full briefing from the the Programme Coordinator and/or Programme Manager, he/she will have the mission for organising the courses and/or activities related to the programmes entrusted to him/her.
Tasks exemples :
Program management in Canvas (set-up & course administration), Management of the teaching staff (booking, schedules, wishes), Production & distribution of faculty and student handbooks, Booking of infrastructure (premises, hosting, catering, educational materials, etc.), Preparation and organization of the infrastructure and logistics of the courses (course materials and IT, setting up the premises, teachers’ desiderata, etc.), Organizational communication to participants and faculty, Management and redirection of requests from participants, Organization of activities related to the courses (seminars, group work, visits, panels, exams, workshops, coaching, etc.), Administration of evaluations (sending, harvesting, reporting).
