Description
The WCSFP is a not-for-profit company with a Board of Directors who work with an Editorial Advisory Committee, the Conference Director and Hot Docs—the event organizers—to achieve strategic editorial and fiscal objectives.
The Science in 60 Seconds film competition asks emerging independent filmmakers interested in science communication to submit a 1-minute video. Videos can be on any science topic and were judged on creativity, production values, storytelling and clarity for an international audience.
World Congress of Science and Factual Producers (WCSFP) is a member-driven organization formed by science and factual producers, broadcasters and content providers from around the world.
Each year, members gather for an annual conference in a different country to connect with colleagues through meetings and social events, learn about new industry trends as well as celebrate and be inspired by the smart content we produce and distribute. Registration to attend Congress brings with it membership in the organization.
