DiafrikInvest call for projects starts a new phase. 50 entrepreneurs of the diaspora will be supported in their business creation project, from Europe toward MoroccoSenegal or Tunisia. Your project might be the one we are looking for. Give it a boost!

Do you have inspiration, determination, but you still looking for an access, contacts, tailor-made tools which will answer your questions and meet your needs? DiafrikInvest gives you the impetus you need to launch your business.

DiafrikInvest acts as an accelerator to strengthen the potential of diaspora and support their business creation projects, offering specific opportunities to the innovative and daring entrepreneurs going into business. Through this call, 50 entrepreneurs will be selected by 31 August 2018 and will benefit from a tailor-made range of services, adapted to their needs, supported by experts connected to reality on the ground and to the specificities of diaspora entrepreneurs. The selected projects will be followed-up at each stage, from Europe to the creation in the South.

Program Period

24 months.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • At least one of the project partners is Moroccan, Senegalese or Tunisian and lives in the European Union.
  • The business project should be directed toward Morocco, Senegal or Tunisia.

Evaluation Criteria

Applications are evaluated based on the following:

  • Team
  • Impact
  • Innovation
  • Funding
  • Markets



Selected startups will receive

  • Coaching
  • Networking opportunities
  • Invites to Business Events
  • Financing contacts
  • Visibility at national & international level

They shall receive follow-up at each stage, from Europe to the creation in the South, Supported by experts connected to reality on the ground and to specificities of diaspora entrepreneurs, 5 entrepreneurship events in Africa and 6 in Europe.

The top 20 startups will receive Pitching tips, video shooting, invitation to 2 Investments Academies to take their startups to the next level.

  • Only fully completed forms will be assessed by the selection committee
