Internship for Graduates Interested in Administration at Erasmus Intern in Finland 2020

We would like to host trainees with good computer skills, English language skills and good motivation to fulfill the bellow requirements.Digital Opportunity Traineeships – an EU-funded training initiative – aim to help companies fill vacancies with digitally competent candidates.

This is a Digital Opportunities Traineeship (DOT). If you want to apply for this internship, please remember that you have to be a student or recently graduated based in one of the 33 Progamme Countries participating in Erasmus+ or the Horizon 2020 Associated Countries.Digital skills are not only required in the ICT sector, but increasingly across all sectors. Knowledge of cybersecurity, data analytics and machine learning, for example, are needed in fields as diverse as banking and manufacturing, farming and health. A computer-literate workforce is vital to maintain Europe’s global competitiveness in a fast-changing world.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • English: Proficient User C1.
  • Level of Studies: Master.
  • Skills: Administration, secretary, marketing, editing, proof reading, business, translator, journalism, economics, computer, social media, photography, bibliography, teacher, library, literature, communication, law, social science, finance, language, publishing.
  • Bellows are the main tasks to be considered:
  1. English language skills
  2. collecting and searching for data
  3. communicating with clients
  4. Marketing strategy
  5. Uploading data and information in scientific site
  6. design covers of books, journals and each articles for social media use
  7.  using adobe programs such as page maker, photoshop, powerpoint tasks to prepare journal or book covers or layout for publications
  8.  collecting information and arrange files
  9. – to assist in proof reading, and layout (using adobe programs)
  10. promoting the company’s activities or products
  11. Additional tasks and / or take part in ongoing office work
  • Skype interview is needed.

Opportunity Cost

(Paid Opportunity)

Trainees receive on average €500/month but the exact amount depends on the country. The trainees receive the grant via the university.

As a general rule, companies are not involved in the transaction. Companies can top up this grant.
