Hosting organisation and activities
The volunteer will participate in the activities of the UPPA Cultural Service at the Basque coast office within the student’s house in Bayonne. The aim of the programming project of this service is to create encounters between international artists and Basque coast inhabitants, being students or not. The link with the Cultural Service of the UPPA in Pau and its network, developed since 2005, allows the Bayonne office to include the Basque coast on European tours of numerous interesting artists. The ‘Microscope’, name given to the Cultural Service of the Basque Coast, organizes about 15 events per season.
