- Incoming freshmen starting in either Fall or Spring (exchange students, current students, US citizens and permanent residents are not eligible).
- Citizens of countries other than US.
- Have an equivalent of a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Must be admitted by 1st of December for Spring and 15th of July for Fall.
- Not open to fully sponsored students.
- Must have submitted online application
- Applicants will be considered upon receipt of all required application materials.
Note: Renewable: up to 8 consecutive semesters (4 years). Recipients must maintain active F1 status, maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA and be involved in at least 3 intercultural programs or student organizations for each semester of eligibility.

- Amount of scholarship: $2000 per year, $1000 in Fall and $1000 in Spring.

First Step: Register an account on university website.
Second Step: Submit an online application and pay the non-refundable $50 application fee.The application must include the following:
- Make sure your name on the application is the same as it appears in your passport.
- Make sure that the Permanent Home Address is your home country address even if you currently live in the US.
- Your Mailing Address can be your US address if you have one.
- If you do not have a Social Security Number (SSN), you can leave that field blank.
Note: Submit application first and only after that send the supporting documents.
Third Step: Submit the following supporting documents electronically to [email protected] :
- Secondary school records (include original or officially certified copies in native language and must be accompanied by an official English translation (if not originally issued in English).
- Copy of IELTS test report form. Know more about score from here.
- The bank statement and must be issued within 6 months of intended start date to showing enough liquid funds to cover other costs and the rest of the tuition fees.
