Halle young polymer scientists funding for international students in Germany, 2020.

Halle Young Polymer Scientists is an international graduate scholarship in one of the centers of polymer research in Germany. We want to support highly motivated students with excellent results during their forthcoming studies.

Program Period

From 1 to 2 years.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

People with the following certificates will be regarded international applicants – independent of their nationality:

  • Higher education entrance qualification (school leaving certificate) or university certificates from abroad Germany.
  • School leaving certificate of a German school abroad without the German Abitur.
  • International Baccalaureate (IB).
  • Applications for higher subject semester for all study programmes.
  • Each applicant must be currently registered in the international Masters course Polymer Materials Science at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.
  • English requirement test TOEFL or ILETS.
  • All applicants must have successfully passed the second semester

Selection criteria:

  • High performance both in physics and chemistry.
  • Documented potential and intention for continuing academic development in polymer science.

Opportunity Cost

(Partially Funded)

Scholarship covers:

  • Tuition fees.
  • Personal stipend of 150 € per month. Third-semester students will obtain a 12 months stipend.

scholarship do not cover:

  • Housing. you can fill the housing application from here.
  • Health insurance.
  • Visa.

  • Official transcript of the last semester

Second Step: Please submit your application preferably electronically to the office of the SFB/ Transregio 102 until November 15, 2019.
