Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • Eligible Countries: Citizens of the UK, EU, and Internationas studentsl are worthy.
  • Anticipate meeting all the conditions associated with their offer in time to enrol at Royal Holloway in September 2019
  • You need to have achieved, or be expected to achieve, a First Class Honours degree or equivalent. You must also hold a conditional or unconditional offer to study a Masters degree within the Department of History at Royal Holloway.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: They must apply for a taught Masters degree within the Department of History at the university.
  • Admissible Criteria: An applicant must enrol as a full-time student.
  • Good score in TOEIC or IELTS result.

Opportunity Cost

(Partially Funded)

  • Each scholarship is a tuition fee waiver of £7,200 in the first year of study only.

How to Apply

First Step: Candidates have to register themselves in a taught master’s degree program at the university. Once they receive an offer of study, they can apply through the direct link for the grants.

Second Step: An award statement, transcripts and email of two academic references to support should be submitted through email to pg.history@royalholloway.ac.uk.
