Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship- Lund University

The Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship is available for students who are applying to the Master’s Programme in Industrial Design. There are two scholarships offered to study Master’s degree in industrial design at the University of Lund: a tuition scholarship and a living expenses scholarship. Students admitted to the Master’s Programme in Industrial Design can apply for one or both scholarships.

Program Period

2 Years. 

From August 31, 2020 – Till June 5, 2022.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • A Bachelor’s degree with relevance to the applied education.
  • A digital portfolio of the applicant’s own work in the field that clearly proves that the applicant has good potential to benefit from the programme.
  • Most of Lund University programmes require English Level 6. This is the equivalent of an overall IELTS score of 6.5 or a TOEFL score of 90.
  • Check if there are any country-specific eligibility rules for you to study Master’s studies.

Opportunity Cost

(Partially Funded)

Students admitted to the Master’s Programme in Industrial Design can apply for one or two different scholarships depending on their country of origin.

  • Scholarship for living expenses: SEK 100,000 and aim to cover the cost of living and accommodation for ten months, from August to May, during the two years of study.
  • Scholarship for tuition feesSEK 210,000 per year for two years. and the tuition fees will be paid directly to Lund University.
