MPhil and PhD Scholarships in Biomedical Imaging Technology.

Eligibility for Scholarship:- Applicants should
- Australian citizens, Australian Permanent Residents and NZ citizens, or International student.
- Possess analytical and computational skills.
- Working with equations, simulations and computer programs.
- Interest in Imaging Modalities and Healthcare IT Solutions.
Eligibility for Master degree:-
- Bachelor’s degree in applied science, medical imaging, chemistry, pharmacy, physics, computer science or electrical and biomedical engineering or an approved discipline.
- English Proficiency:- IELTS overall 6.5; reading 6; writing 6; speaking 6; listening 6. For other English Language Proficiency Tests and Scores approved for UQ, view the English proficiency policy.
- Visa requirements:- International students who are accepted into full-time study in the Master of Molecular Imaging Technology are eligible to apply for an Australian student visa.

- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Biotechnology with Class I or IIA honours from UQ OR equivalent OR coursework masters with approved results in the research component and a Grade Point Average of 5.5 on a 7 point scale OR at least 2 years relevant professional experience and/or research publications. All potential candidates are interviewed as part of the selection process.

Scholarship value: $31,828 per annum (2018 rate) tax-free with the possibility of a top-up

Second Step: Fill up the application and provide all the required documents.(Program code is 5692)
- You will need to provide a complete academic transcript and/or testamurs as well as a copy of your passport or national ID card with your application with your application.( the total file size limit is 12MB and it is recommend to upload documents as PDF).
Third Step: Pay fee and submit. A non-refundable AU$100 fee is charged for each submitted application

- A non-refundable fee of AUD 150 is charged if you use a hard-copy form.
