Msc Retail and Service Management Scholarship.

This scholarship is designed to encourage talented students to undertake studies focused on the retail management and service sector.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • Candidates demonstrating strong academic performance who apply for the MSc in Business program with a major in Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Only candidates admitted to a Master of Science in Business commencing Autumn 2020 will be considered for this scholarship.
  • Candidates who have already earned a master’s degree are not given priority for scholarships.

Selection of recipients:

  • All candidates will be assessed according to the ECTS scale. Applicants with international bachelor’s degrees will have their grades converted to the ECTS scale.
  • Other factors that may influence ranking can be other academic achievements, GMAT/GRE/CAT scores, extracurricular achievements, and personal achievements.
  • Preference is given to applicants seeking to earn their first master’s degree.

Opportunity Cost

(Partially Funded)

  • The Scholarship will cover full tuition fees for each semester, for up to two years, if the student achieves the academic progression requirements.

How to Apply

First Step: 

  • You apply for the Scholarship with your complete application for master program on the online application portal under the section ‘Scholarship’.

You have to prepare for the following documents for your master program:

  1. Finance Plan.
    • Must provide a finance plan which describes how the studies will be financed.
  2. Scholarship application letter.
    • Noting the name of the scholarship in the opening paragraph. Maximum one page, outlining why you are deserving of this scholarship.
  3. GMAT/GRE/CAT.
  4. Passport.
  5. Curriculum Vitae.
    • Should contain personal details, education, work experience and any other pertinent information of the applicant.
  6. Motivation Letter for the Master degree.
    • Should give an impression of you as a person together with your interests. It is your chance to convince the institution that you are a student they want.
  7. Higher education degree outside the Nordic region.
    • Submit a copy of your official transcript of grades, graduation certificates and diplomas from the higher education institutions you’ve attended.
  8. English Language Proficiency.
    • TOEFL (internet based 78, paper based 550).
    • IELTS Academic (Score 6).
    • Cambridge English Advanced (grade B).

Second Step: 

For your application:

  • You can get to the Application portal by clicking the “Apply now” button from the page of the program that you want to apply to.
  • A web page will appear where you will choose a new applicant.
  • You should fill the details for the program startup period, study year and campus correctly and then add to your application.
  • Then, you will click on Go to Registration to continue your application.

Third Step: 

  • You will have to fill your personal information, after which you will receive a confirmation of your application by email.
  • Select the educational background that is most relevant for your application which is International higher education.
  • You have to upload all of the required documentation electronically.
  • Then review and send your application.
