Market Insights for Australian Native foods
This PhD project –focussed on understanding market value for Uniquely Australian Foods – will form part of the Training Centre as a collaboration between The University of Queensland, ANFAB and key commercial partners.
The University of Queensland led Australian Research Council (ARC) Industrial Transformation Training Centre (ITTC) for Uniquely Australian Foods (IC180100045) aims to transform the native Food and Agribusiness Sector through development of selected crops, foods and ingredients using an Indigenous governance group to oversee the process of converting Traditional Knowledge into Branded Products.

with the possibility of two 6-month extensions in approved circumstances.
- Higher degree by research (HDR) programs at UQ include the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), the Master of Philosophy (MPhil), the Doctor of Biotechnology (DBiotech), the Doctor of Medical Leadership (DMedLead), and the Doctor of Veterinary Clinical Science (DVetClinSci). HDR students produce new knowledge and expertise that is innovative, relevant and progressive. Based on the online application an assessment will be made of the level of understanding, motivation, time commitment and financial support of the applicant for the proposed program of study.
