Vice-Chancellor International Scholarships in Manchester Metropolitan University
Manchester Metropolitan University was awarded university status in 1992 and is part of the largest higher education campus in the UK and one of the most extensive education centres in Europe.

Manchester Met is making a limited number of Vice-Chancellor scholarships available, each to the value of £5,000. These scholarships are open to international students who enrol on a full-time postgraduate taught programme.
The aim of the MMU Vice-Chancellor Scholarships is to enable and encourage academically able students from any nationality.

Applicants must meet following criteria:
- must have accepted an unconditional or a conditional firm offer for a course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
- If a student holds a conditional offer and applies for the Vice-Chancellor International Scholarship, the scholarship can only be awarded once the offer conditions have been met
- Applicants who defer their studies will not be eligible for the 2018/2019 scholarship.
- The scholarship award is limited to Undergraduate and Postgraduate taught course applicants only.
- Scholarships are only available for new Manchester Metropolitan University students who are classed as overseas students and are required to pay full overseas tuition fees. Current students moving from one course to another are not eligible for the scholarship.

First Step: You can apply online for most of our postgraduate taught courses. To do this, please use online prospectus to find the course you are interested in, scroll through the information and select ‘Apply online now’.
Second Step: If the course you are applying for does not have an online application option, you will need to complete the Postgraduate Application Form and submit it by email to [email protected] along with your supporting documents. Please attach your all of your documents in one single PDF file.
Third Step: u must provide the necessary documents, as this will help speed up your application. Standard supporting documents include:
- Copies of your academic transcripts and graduation certificates.
- Two references, one of which must be an academic reference.
- Your personal statement.
- Evidence of your English language proficiency.
- 500 letter motivation letter talking about your reasons to join Manchester Metropolitan University.
