Nile University (NU) is offering full scholarships for the top 10 Thanaweya Amma Achievers in each Thanaweya Amma section, applying for undergraduate studies at NU in Business, Engineering and Computer Science covering the full duration of study.

Eligibility Requirements (Criteria)

  • Top 10 Thanaweya Amma Achievers in Scientific Section – Science.
  • Top 10 Thanaweya Amma Achievers in Scientific Section – Math.
  • Top 10 Thanaweya Amma Achievers in Arts Section.
  • Demonstrate a strong record of extra-curricular activities, research, innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship abilities and participation in philanthropic activities.
  • In addition to satisfying admission requirements at NU, including English language proficiency, academic excellence.

Opportunity Cost

(Fully Funded)

  • The Scholarship covers Fall and Spring Semesters ( overing the full duration of study).
  • High academic progress toward completion of degree requirements. A scholarship recipient is required to maintain minimum 3.0 GPA throughout the course of study. Failure to maintain the required GPA will result in losing their place on the scholarship program.
  • The scholarship program is designed to help students complete their degree requirements within the specific number of semesters for their selected major.

How to Apply

First Step: Fill Scholarship Application Form.

Second Step: Deadline for application and submission of required admission documents is 1 August 2019. New or incomplete applications will NOT be considered beyond this date.

Third Step: Short-listed candidates fulfilling the REQUIRED criteria will be invited for interviews with NU scholarship committee starting 20 August 2019.

Fourth Step: interviewed applicants could be invited for a second interview with the funding institute for final selection.
